New Life at NU - College Ministry to Norwich Students
Looking for a place to connect with other Christian students or to explore your faith while pursuing your college career? Our college ministry offers Norwich Students:
- An understanding of Cadet and Civilian life - We provide transportation to all services (see below) and will work with your cadre and college staff to make sure you have permission to attend our services and programs. We also provide a light breakfast before church.
- A home away from home - At least two Sundays of each month, students are invited to join the pastor and his family or other members of the church for lunch in their home. You can stay as long as you want, bring homework, do laundry, play the Wii, take or just take a nap.
- A chance to grow - We have an on-campus Bible study that gives you a chance to fellowship with other students while strengthening your personal relationship with God. Past studies have included "How to Stay Christian in College", "Every Man's Battle", and "The Pursuit of Holiness." We also have a Sunday morning Bible studies.
- A chance to serve - We can help you find a way to use your talents by serving in different areas including: Foreign and domestic mission trips, singing or playing in our worship band, helping with our audio/visual equipment, serving in our children's or youth ministry, leading campus Bible studies, and much more. Just let us know how you want to get plugged in.
- Retreats and trips - We have at least one retreat or mission trip for NU students each semester.
